We are a small and friendly competitive swimming club, offering school age children the chance to learn to swim, then coach them to a standard to represent their club and swim in competitive galas.
Our teaching lessons are structured to follow the National Teaching Plan. Progression is then from the teaching sessions to the Junior Squad and then to the Senior squad.
Adult training sessions are now available:

FINA ban on certain swimwear

The recent communication from Arena and FINA regarding the banning of certain models of Arena Power skin Carbon-Pro swimsuits will not affect entrants to the forthcoming BAGCATS. Any swimmer in possession of one of the banned suits will still be able to compete in it.
