Flexibility and Core Strength Training
The committee have agreed to fund the following Land Training/Flexibility session every Wednesday.
All exercises used help towards a greater performance and flexibility in the pool which means swimming faster!!!!
All length swimmers are required to attend as part of their training requirements.
Please don’t be late as you have enough time to change after your pool session which ends at 8pm.
Wednesdays straight after pool session – 8.15pm to 9.15pm
Equipment and Clothes
T-shirt, shorts or tracksuit bottoms
Drinks (not fizzy)
