Team Selection

Team selection is based on the following:

• Fastest times at time of team being selected depending on cut offs. Some galas swimmers will be to fast or unable to swims in their main event due to them breaking the time (swimming faster)
• Dedication/attitude and behavior in training & competition
• Reliable
• Swimmers are expected to adhere to the code of conduct in order to maintain high levels of self-discipline and training esteem
• Squad Coach/Head Coach recommendations
