Well done swimmers, I have been very impressed by you all over the last months with great performances at the JFL, Anglian league & the Mini meets, this is due to the extra effort that you have all put in to your training.
Keep it up and roll on the counties!!
Equipment
Please can all swimmers who are in the lengths groups make sure that they have the following equipment with them at all training sessions.
- 2 hats
- 2 pairs of goggles
- Kick board
- Pull buoy
- Paddles
- Flippers
- Drinks bottle (sports bottle with a fixed lid) full of juice or water (not fizzy). These can be purchased through the swim shop
Log books
Please make sure that they are filled in after each training/competition.
Thursday session
This has now been cancelled and we have now added Sundays.
Sunday training
4.00 - 5.30pm - all Seniors and Juniors please attend where possible.
Helpers
Helpers needed for badges as a new award scheme to be put in place in the next few months which coincides with the NTP awards. The club needs a volunteer to work with Sue our Head Teacher and sell the stickers during widths Mondays & Fridays.
School Holidays
Please remember that we are still open during the schoolholidays. It is important that regular training is maintained throughout the holidays to keep the fitness levels up.
